This book is being written, edited, and modified by Dr. Jason Proctor, Assistant Professor at Northeastern State University. This book is an open educational resource meant to be retained, reused, revised, remixed, and redistributed as needed by others who are interested in the art of teaching. Portions of the text within this book are adapted from open resources marked with Creative Commons licenses, and the adapted portions retain their original license restrictions.
