This Kahoot! goes through various chemical equations for the players to solve, as well as the meaning of some symbols in chemical equations.
This is a lesson plan designed for 3rd-5th graders that focuses on the core concepts of robots and what it takes to code them. Students build an understanding of algorithms and how to write a sequence of steps in order to accomplish a task. The lesson plan includes four vocabulary words that are regularly used in the lesson, a group Kahoot game to master these words, and instructions and handouts for a "code your friend" game where students get to pretend to be the robot.
The lesson takes 45 minutes.
Vocabulary:
Algorithm: a list of steps to finish a task
Program: an algorithm that has been coded into something that can be run by a machine
Bug: part of a program that does not work correctly
Debugging: finding and fixing problems in an algorithm or program

This activity allows students to practice lip reading. Students will get a glimpse into deaf culture and how important lip reading is for Deaf individuals.
"Quizizz is a free tool. It works on any device: web browser, iOS, Android and Chrome apps. You can access hundreds of ready-made learning quizzes or create your own. Join as a teacher, pick a quiz, and use the code for a virtual room to give to your students."
The way you make a quiz, you host it and then you see them playing it on their mobile phones/tablets or laptops with the Scoreboard Seen Live on the Screen/Projector in the Class makes it a real happy classroom. The extra-edge comes with the Music that is being played by the App or the Website during the quiz.
The additional features about creating a quiz are more beneficial and good with the Quizizz. You can download an excel sheet from Quizizz and enter the questions as guided in this format. While using the desktop version, you can upload this .csv and the quiz is generated. Another excellent feature is to TELEPORT the questions from Pre-made quizzes. Click on teleport after cresting name of the quiz. On the right side of the screen you see that there are many quizzes opened and you can add a question to your quiz, just by clicking ADD.
Students will be able to identify cognates and false cognates by playing a game of Kahoot and looking at different advertisements in Spanish.
In this activity, students are learning about school supplies. The lab assistant will start with a Kahoot game that covers the majority of school supplies vocabulary. For the main activity, students are going to play jeopardy to practice vocabulary and also to practice making complete sentences. They will then be asked wrap up questions.
