Yoga for Adolescent learners  ( Age group  12 to 19 years )Personality development through yogic practices. Objectives :1) To study the physical development of adolescents. 2) To study the cognitive development of adolescents. 3) To identity the problems of adolescent learners ( physical, mental, educational etc.)4) To prepare a Yoga Lesson Plan. 5) To implement the yogic practices for adolescents. 6) To identity the relationship between daily practice of yoga  and  improvement in the various domain of adolescents. 7) To search the benefits of yoga for overall  personality development of adolescents. Methodology  :  Experimental Target Group  : 12 to 19 years adolescents Assessment  : Practical, Psychological testing Outcomes :1) Yoga is a most useful tool for adolescents. 2) Daily practice of  Yoga improves problems regarding mental health, study habits, concentration, memory etc.3) Daily practice of yoga improves physical/healthy related  problems. 4) Yoga is useful for overall development of adolescent learners.
